Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means your Formula 1 Lovers order must be registered for return and sent back to us within 14 days from the date the item is dispatched.
Please note that we must receive the returned item no later than the 14th day.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking. A receipt or proof of shipment is required to complete your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including (where applicable):

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
